The Mystery of Chi - More About Judith
For years, I searched and tried various techniques to restore my health. Poor health due to arthritis has led me on a path of healing and discovery. I now focus on practising and teaching the ancient Chinese disciplines of Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation.
What attracted me in the first place?
I’d had experiences with energy that were spontaneous and mysterious. I needed to find others who were having similar experiences and learn more about it. A Chinese doctor understood the healing experiences I was having. This led me to explore the Chinese disciplines of Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation.
These ancient Chinese chi exercises have lasted for hundreds of years.
Why? Because they work. They have certainly worked for me.
Practising daily has led me to learning these ancient art forms, restoring my health, regaining my self-confidence and getting the qualifications that I needed to have in order to teach others. I have been practising since 1975 and teaching since 1986. I am stronger and healthier than ever because I have benefitted from the health benefits of combining many aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine including Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation with Western medicine.
I now teach others with a variety of health problems so that they too can experience the deep internal healing of these ancient healing chi exercises to improve their quality of their lives and assist in helping them in restoring their health in a natural and holistic way.
I enjoy sharing the medical and healing aspects with others as they learn Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation for health, recreation and for fun.
I also teach:
Adaptive Tai Chi for those who prefer to sit while exercising at St Pauls United Church in Orillia, A Credit Course in Tai Chi Chuan for Georgian College at the Orillia campus and all aspects of Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Tai Chi Qigong and Meditation at Chenoa Studio in Barrie, Ontario, Canada
Chi Kung, Tai Chi Chuan and Meditation are safe effective ways to enhance healthy lifestyle management, relieve stress, balance body, mind and spirit and find peace within.
